Cannon Metallics size 8 add a new dimension to crochet by creating a sparkling effect. It is the same Cannon 100% mercerised cotton thread but with a metallic filament wrapped around the cotton thread. It is available in a selection of 4 different colors on 175m balls.

And here's a small pineapple lace doily (measuring 20cm in diameter). I used Cannon cotton thread size 8 with silver metallic, and a 1.75mm hook.
